These product terms apply to Email Scheduler for Salesforce ("Email Scheduler"), provided by RGB Technologies Inc. ("RGB") and distributed on the Salesforce AppExchange. They supplement the RGB Software License Agreement and Terms of Service, and prevail over them for Email Scheduler where they differ.
1. Licence scope
Email Scheduler is licensed for the Salesforce orgs and users stated in your Order or AppExchange listing.
2. Your data
Email Scheduler runs within your Salesforce org and does not transmit your Salesforce data to RGB. RGB accesses your org only when you grant support access, for the purpose and duration you grant.
3. Salesforce
Email Scheduler is also subject to Salesforce's terms for AppExchange applications and has been through Salesforce's security review for AppExchange listing. Salesforce is not a party to these terms and provides no warranty for Email Scheduler. Email Scheduler's availability depends on the availability of the Salesforce platform.
4. Sending email
Email Scheduler sends mail through your Salesforce org and your mail infrastructure. You are the sender and are responsible for complying with applicable anti-spam law, the Acceptable Use Policy and Salesforce's own acceptable-use terms.
