Every version of RGB Technologies legal documents, with the dates each was in effect, so customers can find the terms that applied to their order.

Customers are bound by the version of a document in effect when they accepted it (or, for later changes, the version in effect after the notice period described in the Terms of Service). This page lists every published version. Archived pages carry a banner identifying them as superseded.
